is in charge of the day to day running of the
practice. If you have any queries or feel you have a complaint please

Medical Secretary
Medical Secretaries Janet Barriskill and
Sheri Parkes provide general secretarial support to the practice.
They also arrange hospital referral appointments and liaise between the
hospital consultants and your Doctors. If you have any queries regarding

Surgery
Receptionists
All our receptionists have been trained and many of them are very
experienced. They can probably answer many of your queries. Anything you
tell them will be treated in absolute confidence. If you are unsure
whether to consult your doctor, nurse or health visitor etc, the
receptionist will be able to advise you. If they do not know the answer
to your query then they will ask someone who does. Please help them to
help you.
