The comuterised slips for ordering repeat prescriptions should be posted or delivered to the Surgery allowing 2 working days before collection. You may also order repeats by fax 01403 752916 or email to
prescriptions.loxwood@nhs.net. Alternatively, you may prefer to click on the repeat prescription button.
We ask that telephone requests are not made as they may lead to misunderstanding and errors. If you have any queries about the service please speak to our trained Dispensers who will be more than happy to help you.
