You are over 65 years old
You live in a long-stay residential care home
You are in receipt of a carer's allowance or are the main carer of
an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if you
were to become ill
Patients aged 6 months or over who fall into the clinical risk
groups
Clinical risk groups are:
> Chronic respiratory disease
> Asthma
And are using steroids or if you have had previous
exacerbations requiring hospital admission
> Chronic heart disease
> Chronic renal disease
> Chronic liver disease
> Chronic neurological disease
GPs will consider an individual basis the clinical needs of
their patients
Diabetes
> Immunosuppression
Immunosuppression due to disease or treatment
