Online booking has been suspended due to Covid-19
In light of current guidance from the NHS and in order to reduce the number of patients visiting the surgery we have taken the difficult decision to ask all requests for appointments to be undertaken via eConsult. This allows us to safely prioritise requests and ensure that your problem is handled by the most appropriate member of the team. Once we have received your eConsult a member of the team will carry out an iniital assessments over the telephone and if necessary by video link, by the end of the next working day. If you are unable to use eConsult please contact one of our receptionists who will help you arrange an initial telephone consultation with the doctor or nurse by completing an eConsult for you. Please provide them with the information they request.
Please be assured that we are still open and seeing patients face to face where necessary whilst being mindful of the risk to our patients and staff.
If you are attending for a booked appointment, please contact the surgery reception when you have arrived but remain in your vehicle and wait for a member of staff to collect you. Please do not enter the building unless escorted by a member of the team.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

If you are unable to drive yourself to an appointment, you could contact the Loxwood & Alfold Relief in Sickness Fund. This is a small charity who can provide transport to an appointment for all Loxwood and Alfold residents, they ask for a small donation towards their running costs.
